Leonard Cheshire Disability King’s Cross Collection

Friday, 14 December 2012

Have a few hours to spare and looking to give back to charity this Christmas? We have a permit to collect money at London’s King’s Cross underground station this December, and we’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help us fundraise.

We can have six collectors on site at any one time, so you can invite a friend or get a group of friends to join you.  Station collections are hard to come by and especially one as busy as King’s Cross station – it’s a great way to raise awareness of our charity.

Please give just two hours of your time and you can help light up someone’s day in the run up to Christmas. Funds raised will help make the little things happen at our services in communities all across the UK, like a trip to church or the post office to send Christmas cards to their loved ones.

Role: King’s Cross Christmas Collector

Where: King’s Cross Station
Contact: events@lcdisability.org, 020 3242 0264 with your details and indicate what time of day you would prefer to collect.
