Camden Centre are holding their monthly Tea Dance for over 50s Camden residents.
They need volunteers to help with the café bar, the ticket desk and general venue management duties during this busy and fun afternoon.
This week we will be organising a very special Koffie-uurtje (coffee hour). Instead of the usual sweets, coffee, and tea, we will be serving a proper lunch with traditional Dutch Gouda cheese, Ontbijtkoek (breakfast cake), and loads more.
In this private UCLU tour we hear the horrific truth of the Ripper murders and discover East London’s bloody history. Explore the infamous Jack the Ripper murder sites, shift through the evidence in all its gory details and get to grips with the main suspects.
UCLU and The Calthorpe Project are teaming up for a big day of volunteering on Saturday 25th October. Come along and get involved with this unique community-run green space, just 5 - 10 minutes walk from Kings Cross.
