As you may have heard by now, Nepal has been badly hit with Earthquakes resulting in a loss of huge number of innocent lives and country’s infrastructure. My own grandmother and relatives living in Kathmandu are the amongst the people who have been affected by this natural disaster .
The Women’s Network Coffee Hour is an opportunity for women students to meet other women students over a free tea or coffee. All women are welcome to join us including, if they wish, those with complex gender identities that include woman or those who experience oppression as women.
This term’s forum will be a relaxed one as so many of you are busy with exams. So come along for PIZZA and FEMINIST CHAT. It starts at 6pm so plenty of time to get a full day’s work done, then you can come join us for dinner. Mmmmm pizza.
Join the UCLU Student Parents and Carers Network for a family-friendly tea party! It’s an opportunity to meet other parents and carers and have a chat over a cup of tea and some nibbles. Children are welcome to attend and there will be toys and books to keep them entertained!
UCLU has proudly partnered with the, Stammerers Through University Campaign (STUC) who cordially invites you to attend their innaugaural seminar. UCL/UCLU as partners to STUC hosted a focus group where students and staff outlined areas where support for stammerers could be improved.
