The Writing and Language Support programme is run by UCLU for international students studying at UCL. The aim of the free WALS Peer Tutor scheme is to assist non-native English speaking students with their academic writing and speaking. We run several different types of activities to help you with your spoken English: a regular programme of lessons and workshops, bookable one-to-one sessions with our peer tutors, and ‘Coffee and Conversation’, a weekly opportunity to get together and practice your spoken English with other students. You can find out more, and book yourself onto the programme on our moodle page here.

WALS is currently being set up for the new academic year and is expected to be running by the 18th November 2014
