Union Chair
The Union Chair is responsible for ensuring that the Union runs in a fair and democratic manner. They act as Returning Officer who ensures that elections and referenda are run fairly. They also chair various Union meetings such as Union Council and Members’ Meetings.

Forum Chairs
Forum Chairs act as Chair for their relevant Forum, meaning they ensure meetings run fairly and smoothly. They are often in charge of overseeing the events and activities of the Forum and are also members of Union Council. UCLU Forums give students back the opportunity to regularly debate and discuss what the Union does and says in various areas. Forums are the scene of diverse activities including socialising, skill development and campaigning.
