About us

​The UCLU Rights & Advice Centre is a support service for UCL students and a central point to obtain information and advice on topics such as:

  • Immigration
  • Academic
  • Housing
  • Consumer
  • Employment
  • Finance

How to contact us

If you would like to get advice, there are four ways you can contact us:

  • Walk in (no appointment needed)

Monday: 10am - 1pm

Friday: 10am - 1pm

(last admission for drop-in: 12:45pm)

  • Phone advice

Call us on 0207 679 2998 during our new telephone surgery hours:

Tuesday: 10am - 1pm

Thursday: 10am - 1pm;

Friday: 2:30pm - 4:30pm

Please note these are subject to availability so you must book in advance.

Please note we will not be able to respond to your query immediately and it may take a few days to do so.


The UCLU Rights & Advice Centre is closed for lunch every day between 1pm and 2pm and on Wednesdays.
