Booking a stall at our Fayre is a simple process.

Please note that as of 17th August, stalls at our Freshers' Fayre 2011 are sold out.

We have two stall options available for businesses to interact with UCL students.

Premium stalls are 2.5m X 2m in size and come with three stallholder access passes. We also give priority to Premium stalls in placing them in prime locations in the Fayre that will ensure maximum exposure to visitors.

Standard stalls are 1.5m X 2m and come with two stallholder access passes.

Both stalls also come with a table, a backing board and access to electricity. WiFi access is also available upon request.

Yes. We send mailings to both new and returning students a few weeks before they come to UCL.
