JPEG (RGB colour only)
Fullscreen - 856 x 480 pixels
Side Bars - 216 x 480 pixels

Please note that the full screen image must be a landscape image - not portrait!

Incorrect Tech Specs for JPEG/JPG's:
DO NOT Save JPEG's in CMYK
DO NOT Save JPEG's in Progressive Mode in Photoshop

SWF File Specs:

Macromedia Flash .SWF (Save as Version 7)
25fps (frames per second)
No embedded video clips
No bitmap transitions
ONLY 15 seconds in length
