The reception is directly opposite the lifts on the first floor, and is the first stop for all your questions.
What do we do?
We will help you set up a new society, market yourself to the student population, and give you support in running and maintaining your club.
We support you with your activities, and are available for advice, guidance and ideas
We provide you with grant money for any activities you want to put on, or resources you need
We help you with the finances and paper work of running a club, by offering training, making the forms available online, and supervising the budgets and spending
We sort out sports matches with other universities around London and the Country
We book rooms for you in the Bloomsbury and Lewis buildings, and help you in booking the college’s rooms, as well as speaker approvals, AV equipment, catering and anything else you need for your meetings
What facilities are there?
A reception which sells tickets and memberships (please note we do not sell tickets or memberships on Saturdays)
A common room with comfy chairs and tables

Bookable meeting and rehearsal rooms with Pianos and AV
When can I use it?
We are open from 9am – 9pm Monday -Friday during term time and reading weeks, and our rooms can be booked from 10am – 9pm during those same hours as well as Saturdays 11am-4.30pm.
We have staff at reception from 9am – 9pm Monday - Friday &11am - 4:30pm on Saturdays. The full time staff work standard office hours 9am-5pm Monday -Friday and not weekends.
