Collection

We aim to turnaround print jobs within 48 hours. However, if your request is unusually large or complicated, it may take longer. We will contact you via the details you supply on the request form when your job is ready for collection. Do not contact UCLU Reprographic Services in the interim regarding your request: if there is an issue with your request, we will contact you via the details supplied on the form.

We ask that you submit a request at least five working days in advance of when you need the finished materials to ensure there is enough time to carry out the job.

Please note that printing during term three is at a reduced level. Printing will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays only, so please coordinate your requests around these days to ensure that your job can be completed on time.

Completed jobs may be collected from the reception in UCLU Lewis’s Building, 136 Gower Street - close to Euston Square tube station and opposite from UCL Hospital. Reception is open from 10am-4pm Monday to Friday during term-time.

UCLU Noticeboards

If you are printing posters that you want to go in the UCLU noticeboards (in 25 Gordon Street, 15 Gordon Street, outside the refectory and in the South Junction), on the Print Request Form you have the option to leave up to five A3 sized posters with us for distribution during the poster runs. Therefore, if you opt to have posters put up in our noticeboards, you do not need to collect these as we will automatically include them in the next available poster run. Posters are put up on Mondays and Thursdays each week in-term. Please allow sufficient time for your job to be printed and to be placed in a run before your event.

Contact

If you have a technical problem with the request form, please report it to UCLU Reprographic Services by email.
