When do I use this form?
The Ticket Request Form should be filled in when you need to order tickets for an event / activity.

What options are available in terms of selling tickets?

  • Paper Tickets - you can order paper tickets which can be sold via the CSC Reception, by clubs and society officials or committee members and on the door of the event. These tickets can cost between £20-£50 to order.
  • Online Tickets - You can order tickets which can be sold online via www.uclunion.org/shop. In this method, 1% of your ticket sales value will be claimed by the union to cover bank charges.
  • Both – you can sell tickets in both of the above formats, but you must make sure that the number of tickets available in paper and online form is equal to the total number of tickets available for your event. For this method, you will need to pay both of the above charges.

Who do I return it to?
Email your completed form to uclu-csactivity@ucl.ac.uk

What is the deadline for this form?
You should email this form in at least 3 weeks before your event is scheduled to take place.

What happens after I have emailed it in?
You will receive a confirmation email that will acknowledge that your form has been received. If any further details are required from you, a member of the finance department or the IT department will get in touch. You will then be contacted once your tickets have arrived or once they are on sale.
