When do I use this form?
The Charity Fundraising Form is to be used when you want to organise a charity collection or a fundraising event for a specific charity.
Who do I return it to?
Email your completed form and the necessary quotes to uclu-csactivity@ucl.ac.uk.
What else do I need to send in with the form?
As soon as you have emailed your form in, you should hand your letter of permission from the beneficiary organisation in to the CSC Reception.
What is the deadline for this form?
For Fundraising Events, you should email your form in at the same time as your Event / Budget Approval Form.
For Charity Collections, you should email your form in at least 2 weeks before the planned collection date.
What happens after I have emailed it in?
You will receive a confirmation email that will acknowledge that your form has been received. If any further details are required from you, a member of the finance department will get in touch. The finance department will contact you to confirm when your form has been approved.
