Use UCLU's Bars and Cafés to exhibit your artwork!

The Print Room Café and Gordon's Café have been opened up  as exhibition spaces.  They are available to all UCL students with an arty flare, and who want the experience of being exhibited in a public space.

Gordon's Café has 8 wall spaces on which art (such as photographs, prints, paintings) can be hung.  You can apply to use all of the spaces, or just a few.

The Print Room Café has 20 practical wall spaces (suitable for 2D artwork such as photographs) where art can be exhibited, as well as the "Compromise" Space (details of which can be found in the guidlines), and the opportunity of placing sculptures and larger scale 2Dimensional work.  You can apply to use the entire space, or just exhibit a few works.

There is also a Competition space - where the best submission is displayed in the most prominent area of the café.

A panel of judges will review the application forms in which students tell us about their work, and will decide which work should be exhibited when and where, as well as who wins the competition space for the month.

You can apply to exhibit your work at any time of the year - there are no deadlines, but all art work will be on show for a month.

To find out what is on in which café, download the Café Culture Timetable.

For more information please read the Café Culture Guidlines.

If you want to apply to exhibit your artwork then fill in the Application Form.

Any questions or application forms should be sent to bikram.bains@ucl.ac.uk.
